Good discussion. For what its worth, probably the best steak I’ve had was from a 4 yr old Angus hfr they couldn’t get bred. She had never had any grain. Melt-in-your-mouth tender. I raise conventional beef: Revalor implants, beta-agonists. We all know they do nothing to “improve” eating experience. Its all about the $. Always is.”
